Shipping
Items are shipped from our warehouse in Drums, PA Monday-Friday. Typically, items will go out the same day if purchased before 12pm ET. Shipping within the US can take between 2-10 business days. Canada orders can take up to 3 weeks, depending on your location. We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship all orders.
International Orders
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the US and Canada. To shop Dapplebay internationally, please visit our sister website Breeches.com
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to enter full & complete details for the order, including quantities, sizes, and address information. We are not responsible for correcting incorrectly placed orders or replacing lost orders due to incorrectly input address information.
Order Cancellation and Changes
Orders can not be cancelled or changed after they have been placed on our online store. Please review your order thoroughly before checking out.
Discounts
Discounts will not be applied retroactively to orders. Please ensure you enter all applicable discount codes before checking out.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer post purchase price adjustments.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy within the US and Canada, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Because our items tend to sell out quickly, we cannot accommodate exchanges.
Replacement and Gift Card Policy
Our commitment is to provide you with high-quality Dapplebay products. This policy outlines the conditions for replacements and gift card issuance, which are always at our discretion.

Replacements for Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage:
Replacements will only be issued for products exhibiting manufacturing defects that render the item unusable, or for items damaged during shipping to the extent they are unusable. The defect or damage must be reported within 30 days of the original purchase date/delivery, and pictures and proof of purchase must be sent via email to info@dapplebay.com for assessment.

Gift Cards for Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage:
In cases of a manufacturing defect that makes a product unusable, or an item damaged during shipping to the point of being unusable, which is reported with pictures via email within 30 days of the original purchase date/delivery, a gift card may be issued if a replacement isn't feasible. The value of the gift card will be determined at our discretion based on the severity of the defect or damage.

Silicone Print Durability:
While we strive for the utmost resilience in our silicone prints, their longevity can be influenced by various factors, including usage, care, and washing. Therefore, the durability of the silicone print cannot be guaranteed. Issues related solely to silicone print wear are not eligible for product replacement. In rare instances where severe, immediate, and clearly defective silicone print issues are present upon receipt or shortly after, these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis for potential gift card consideration, at our discretion, and subject to the conditions outlined in point #2.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on undergarments, final sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@dapplebay.com.
Shipping Damage, Loss & Theft
Please contact us directly at info@dapplebay.com if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen.
Item Not Received
In rare cases, an order is marked "delivered" by the carrier but it cannot be found by the customer. We require 7 business days after marked "delivered" to determine that package has indeed been lost or stolen. We require that customers contact the carrier and assist us in recovering the package.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, absolutely! We accept all major credit cards.
