Shipping

Items ship from our warehouse in Drums, PA Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 12PM ET typically ship the same day.

  • U.S. delivery: 2–10 business days
  • Canada & International: up to 3 weeks depending on location
  • Carriers used: USPS, UPS, and FedEx

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping timelines are calculated in business days only.

  • Orders placed Thursday → arrive Tuesday
  • Orders placed Friday → arrive Wednesday

International Orders

  • Duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return

Order Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate order details.

  • This includes sizes, quantities, and shipping address
  • We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address entry
  • Incorrect address entry invalidates Package Protection

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.


Discounts & Pricing

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
  • We do not offer post-purchase price adjustments


Checkout+ (Free Returns & Exchanges)

At checkout, you may add Checkout+ for free unlimited returns and exchanges.

With Checkout+, you receive:

  • Prepaid return labels
  • Free exchanges (size, color, or product)
  • Free returns for refund or store credit except for clearance items (marked price 30% off or more)

If Checkout+ is not selected, the standard return policy below applies.


Package Protection

You may also add Package Protection at checkout.

This covers:

  • Shipping damage
  • Loss in transit
  • Stolen packages

If Package Protection is not selected, Dapplebay is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.


Standard Return Policy (Without Checkout+)

We offer a 30-day return window within the U.S. and Canada.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns can be refunded to your original payment method or store credit

To start a return, visit our Returns Portal.


Exchanges (Without Checkout+)

  • Exchanges are available for size or color of the same product
  • A prepaid label can be generated through the Returns Portal
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received

Final Sale Policy

Items marked 30% off or more are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds. We accept exchanges for the same item in a different color or size only


Replacements & Gift Cards

We stand behind the quality of our products.

With Package Protection

Shipping-related issues (damage, loss, theft) are covered and will be resolved accordingly. To start a claim, visit our Returns Portal

Without Package Protection

Resolutions are issued at our discretion for:

  • Manufacturing defects that render an item unusable
  • Shipping damage that makes an item unusable

Requirements:

  • Must be reported within 30 days of purchase
  • Include photos and proof of purchase
  • Email: hello@dapplebay.com

If a replacement is not feasible, a gift card may be issued based on the situation.


Silicone Print Durability

Our silicone prints are designed for durability, but wear can vary based on use and care.

  • Normal wear is not eligible for replacement
  • Rare, immediate defects may be reviewed case-by-case

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Undergarments
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Store credit may be selected where applicable

Shipping Issues (Without Package Protection)

If Package Protection was not purchased:

  • Contact hello@dapplebay.com for assistance
  • Customers must work with the carrier to locate missing packages

Item Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Please allow 7 business days after delivery status
  • Customers must assist in contacting the carrier during this time
