All orders are created on demand by our state of the art fulfillment partners, and shipped upon completion. This process takes between 1-4 business days depending on the product ordered. If you have any questions regarding your order, email us at any time for an update.
Your items will be shipped immediately following production. Shipping can take between 2-10 business days, depending on where we're shipping to. Because of the variety of products we offer, we have partnered with the best manufacturers for each specific product in our store. As a result, you may receive multiple packages for one order, depending on which products you ordered.
If an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered is correct, or if the order is incorrect or the item is damaged, we will reship that order at our cost. If you would like to return your order for any reason, we offer a full refund for 30 days. We want you to love your Dapplebay products! Are your shirts screen printed?
Dapplebay apparel is created through a process called direct to garment printing. The process is similar to an inkjet printer: inks are applied directly to the garment, and the fibers absorb the ink for quality that lasts. Direct to garment printing results in a softer feel than screen printed shirts. All of the inks used on our shirts are water based and eco-friendly.
