Shop Policies

Items are shipped from our warehouse in Seattle, WA Monday-Friday. Typically, items will go out the same day if purchased before 12pm PT. Shipping within the US can take between 2-10 business days. Canada & International orders can take up to 3 weeks, depending on your location. We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship all orders.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to enter full & complete details for the order, including quantities, sizes, and address information. Dapplebay, Inc. is not responsible for correcting incorrectly placed orders or replacing lost orders due to incorrectly input address information. 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy within the US and Canada, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

International orders outside of the US and Canada are not eligible for return or exchange due to shipping costs. All orders outside of the US and Canada are considered FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photos of the defective item and will replace or refund depending on stock and customer preference.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

Shipping Damage, Loss & Theft
Please contact us directly at if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen. 

Item Not Received
In rare cases, an order is marked "delivered" by the carrier but it cannot be found by the customer. We require 7 business days after marked "delivered" to determine that package has indeed been lost or stolen. We ask that customers contact the carrier and assist us in recovering the package.
